Man oh man do people piss me off. So i'm supposed to chill with some of my homies tonight to hang out for my roomies birthday... the only problem with that is the person driving is being completely incompetent. Knowing good and well that 99.89% of liquor stores stay open till 11 this piece of shit waits till 11.15 to call me and tell me that he's just leaving (mind u he lives 30 minutes away just about) because he got 'held up with somethin' and if i know any spots in Atlanta that stay open past 11. And what was my response??? Uh hell no i don't. Then he proceeds to say "well i'll just kick it with y'all tomorrow". Please! I have my own plans for tomorrow that don't involve sketch ass reniggers (pun intended). With that being said, I missed a damn episode of Chelsea lately for these bums and now i'm hungry SmH... and yesterday was such a good day...

Alright... well my day was quite a nice one... How did it go

1. Woke up
2. Talked to a man i like
3. Went to class (not so interesting but is sure did fly by)
4. Went to work (wasn't there long but f*&# it, I have a job sukka)
5. Got free Mexican food and margaritas with Jess aka Geek'd
6. Ate ice cream and walked around little 5 with the same person
7. Then we kissed the sky
8. Blogged at Morelli's (another ice cream space) with Jess
9. Freestyled and jammed to music in the minivan
10. Talked about the best subject with my Narnie Bear

Now... i shut my eyes and hope life can only get better

I once heard... if you put out good energy, it comes right back to you

it must be true because one minute i'm sitting in class feigning interest in Post Civil War American History and the next minute im running down Peachtree street for an impromptu interview with the manager of the restaurant that my roommate, Lauren, works at. About 15 minutes later i leave that same restaurant no longer as another name on the unemployed list but as a woman with a new job.

I want to start by admitting that i like treats. And by treats i mean cookies, cakes, and pies... hence the blog name

today we were talking about ppl with cool nicknames and after passing by the following:
food
cupcake
debbie snacks
...we decided to go with the name "treats" because, well, i like me some treats.

(Note: I was laughing so hard that i cried because the only nicknames that were being thought of were related sugary substances)

Seeing as how i don't get to eat the treats i love because of my depressing financial state, being referred to as one will have to do for now...

damn shame
